About CGP Philosophy.

CG Performance is built on assessment-led training that focuses on strength, resilience, and long-term progress. Each programme is shaped around how the individual moves, trains, and recovers, using clear structure and ongoing feedback to guide decisions. Training is planned to support consistency and on-going progression.

Training at CG Performance starts with understanding how the body responds to load and stress, not just how much weight is lifted or how hard a session feels. Decisions around exercise selection, volume, and progression are based on what allows the client to train consistently, recover well, and continue improving without recurring setbacks.
