Refund Policy

All purchases made on this website are considered final once the service has been delivered or the program has started. We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind, missed sessions, or lack of usage.

Refunds for Session Packs

​

• Session packs (3, 10, or 20 sessions) are non-refundable once purchased.

• Sessions must be used within their specified expiry period (30, 90, or 180 days from purchase).

• Unused or expired sessions will not be refunded or extended, unless under exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

Refunds for Direct Debit Plans

​

• Direct Debit plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled with 1 calendar month’s notice.

• No refunds will be issued for any remaining sessions in a billing cycle after cancellation.

• If you cancel midway through a billing period, you may continue to use your sessions until the cancellation date.

Refunds for Online PT & Nutrition Coaching

​

• Once a plan has been delivered or access to the platform (e.g. TrueCoach) has been granted, no refunds will be issued.

• If technical issues arise or you are unsatisfied with any part of the service, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Refunds for Gift Cards

​

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Gift cards must be used within 2 months of purchase and may only be redeemed by the recipient (not the purchaser).

Exceptions

​

In exceptional circumstances (e.g. serious illness or injury), we may offer a refund or credit at our sole discretion. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.
