Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using this website or purchasing any services from CG Performance Limited. By accessing our website or engaging in any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian. By using the website, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Services Offered

CG Performance Limited offers a range of services, including but not limited to:

1-to-1 personal training (in person at Until Liverpool Street)
Online personal training
Nutrition coaching
Session packs (3, 10, or 20 sessions)
Direct Debit recurring plans (DD4, DD8, DD12)
Gift cards

Payments & Subscriptions

Direct Debit Plans are charged monthly and auto-renew unless cancelled with at least 1 calendar month’s notice.
Session Packs and Gift Cards are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew.
Online PT and Nutrition Coaching can be purchased either as a one-off or as a subscription.
Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Wix Payments, GoCardless).

Prices are listed in GBP and may be updated at any time. No refunds will be issued once a service has begun or a plan has been delivered, except under exceptional circumstances.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations will be charged in full.
Session Packs and Gift Cards have expiry periods (30, 90, or 180 days depending on the pack, and 2 months for gift cards).
Unused sessions after expiry will not be refunded or extended unless otherwise agreed.

Use of TrueCoach

Online coaching plans are delivered via the TrueCoach platform. You are responsible for setting up your account and following the training provided. All exercise demos, programming, and progress tracking are hosted within this platform.

Accessibility

Our website is adapted to WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. Some pages may include third-party content that may not fully meet accessibility guidelines. In-person sessions are held at Until Liverpool Street, a facility with step-free access and accessible amenities. Please contact us in advance if you have specific accessibility needs.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website (logos, images, videos, text, training programs, etc.) is the intellectual property of CG Performance Limited and may not be copied, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

CG Performance Limited is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from your participation in training services or your use of this website. You are responsible for informing your coach of any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns before beginning a program.
