About
Get to know the story behind the coaching. From years of competitive sport to working with clients of all levels, my approach is built on real experience, consistent learning, and a focus on long-term results.

Athletic Career
Sport has always been at the centre of my life. After over a decade of playing competitive basketball, I began exploring new ways to challenge myself physically, mentally, and strategically. In the past year alone, I have self-coached through three marathons, three ultramarathons (50km, 75km, and 100km), an Ironman 70.3, and a HYROX Pro solo race. Each discipline taught me something different, but all required structure, consistency, and resilience. That same mindset now shapes the way I coach, blending personal experience with a practical, results-driven approach.
Professional Career
My foundation is built on both academic study and hands-on practice. I earned my degree in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of East London and went on to support athletes in two strength and conditioning labs focused on performance development and rehabilitation. For the past 1.5 years, I have coached at Third Space, working closely with a diverse range of clients to build strength, improve performance, and stay consistent in and outside the gym. No matter the goal, my focus remains the same: to coach with intent and to support people in becoming stronger, more capable, and more confident through every phase of their journey.
