About me
Get to know the story behind the coaching. From years of competitive sport to working with clients of all levels, a coaching approach built on real experience, consistent learning, and a focus on long-term results.

Academic & Professional Foundation
The foundation is built on both academic study and hands-on coaching experience. A degree in Sport and Exercise Science from University of East London and a Master’s degree from National and Kapodistrian University of Athens underpin a structured, evidence-based approach to training. Early professional experience involved working alongside respected coaches and supporting elite athletes across pre-season, in-season, and post-season phases, with a focus on performance development and rehabilitation.
This was followed by work as a health and performance coach at Third Space, supporting busy professionals, executives, and entrepreneurs across a wide range of goals and backgrounds.
Learning and professional development remain ongoing priorities. Continuous education, reflection, and refinement of practice are central to maintaining high standards of coaching. The aim is to consistently expand knowledge and expertise in order to provide the highest possible value, clarity, and support to every client, regardless of goal or background.
Coaching Philosophy & Application
Coaching experience spans a diverse client base, with work centred on building strength, improving movement quality, resolving chronic pain, and supporting performance goals alongside demanding careers. This includes preparing individuals for endurance and hybrid events such as HYROX, marathons, and ultra-distance races.
Regardless of the goal, the coaching focus remains consistent: to coach with intent, prioritise movement quality, health, and performance, and support individuals through a structured, long-term process aligned with their lifestyle and objectives.

Athletic Background
The athletic background spans both team and endurance sport at a competitive level. Early development was rooted in basketball, including college-level competition, followed by a scholarship to University of East London and three seasons competing in the Premier Basketball League. This was followed by a transition to Greece, competing professionally for one season.
Focus later shifted toward endurance and hybrid racing. Competitive experience includes the completion of over five marathons, four ultramarathons, a HYROX Pro solo race, and qualification for the HYROX World Championships Mixed Doubles division, scheduled to take place in Stockholm in June 2026. Upcoming races include a HYROX Pro solo event in London, a marathon in Paris in support of Alzheimer’s Research UK, and a 104-mile ultra-distance race in Scotland.
This competitive history across multiple disciplines reinforces a coaching philosophy built on structure, resilience, and long-term performance development.
